System Integration
Our engineers assist your IT team in connecting Debbie to your ERP, CRM, or custom data warehouse via our REST API. We test the data flow in a dedicated sandbox environment.
Data Migration
Active cases require extreme care. We migrate your historical case data, matching statuses and outstanding balances precisely, ensuring no case gets lost or miscategorized during the transition.
Training & Go-Live
Your team receives hands-on training with the new platform. Go-live is typically phased — starting with new cases or a specific portfolio segment before rolling out entirely.
