Software architect Emil Brandt and attorney Michael Brandt found Debbie with more than 20 years of combined experience in collections and large portfolios. The starting point was a concrete need for effective collections with regard to the customer relationship.
The platform is divided into Debbie Dunning for automated reminder and pre-collection flows and Debbie Collect for collections and case management.
Debbie covers the full value chain from automated reminder flows and pre-collection to collections and case management — for organizations in the Nordics and Europe.
Daily operations are handled by a team with experience in software architecture, collections, commercial scaling, and customer success.
