We are pleased and proud to announce Janus Oehlenschlæger as the new Product Manager (PO) on the Debbie team.
Janus comes with extensive experience from the debt collection industry, where he has been part of Sergel for the past few years, offering credit and receivables management services.
"I came to Debbie from the debt collection industry and fell in love with the functionality, user-friendliness and the underlying cutting edge technology I experienced in the Debbie solution. I had no doubt that Debbie will be the solution of the future for debt collectors; both larger companies interested in optimizing and digitizing their debtor service and professional debt collectors such as debt collection companies and law firms," says Janus.
In the role of PO, Janus becomes the link between customers and the development of new features.
"It's a pleasure to be part of such an agile team as we are. It's reaffirming to onboard new customers who are all up and running quickly and are continually excited to uncover new opportunities with Debbie - both for digital debtor service and for AI-based debt collection."
Our customers will soon meet Janus, who in the short term will ensure that we focus on developing Debbie in the right direction - the direction our customers want. Janus will collect input and requests for new functionalities and, together with our development department, prioritize the development so that we can get the better features to our customers as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
