Are your customers ready for collection when you are? The right dialog at the right time can save your customers from debt collection.

A cold morning in April suddenly became a lot more fun for one of our utility customers, who we surprised with a big cake.

We had something to celebrate: in just 6 months, they had saved 1,000 of their customers from being sent to collections thanks to Debbie.

Before we implemented Debbie, customers were sent to collections at a fixed time if they hadn't paid their bill. In collaboration with the utility company, we established a new workflow, which is basically a set of efforts via different communication channels with an offer to pay in the Debbie solution.

The workflow in Debbie activates the utility company at the time when they would normally send customers to debt collection, and it has proven to be very effective: 49% of customers now pay instead of being sent to debt collection, and it's a win/win. The customers avoid being charged a collection fee, and the utility company gets the money back in its own coffers faster and avoids angry customers who have been sent to debt collection.
